They look pretty close the same, but I can tell Noelle is on Top. Max has fuller checks and hands. I did that with Jacob and kelana and you can really tell who is who, only there face looks the same. We are lucky to be blessed with cute kids. Stacy
Noelle on top and Max on bottom. I didn't even realize it wasn't the same child until I read the question!
